WINDOW TREATMENTS

WHAT TO EXPECT

We meet with you at your home to discuss your needs, recommend suitable solutions, and measure the windows while taking photos.

Within 7 days, we formulate a comprehensive proposal with a detailed cost estimate and design ideas. A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is required upon approval.

Within 14 business days, we meet again to present the design options and fabric selections. Upon approval, a 75% payment is due.

We proceed to order and deliver the selected fabric(s) to the workroom, keeping you updated on the progress, which typically takes 3-6 weeks.

We schedule a convenient day for installation, which typically takes 2-6 hours depending on the complexity of the window treatments. The final payment is due one week before the installation.
